In den technischen Datentabellen werden die Motoren der BAH-Serie in der BAHX-Version f\u00fcr den Dauerbetrieb mit Effizienzklasse IE2 \/ IE3 (gem\u00e4\u00df EU-Verordnung 2019\/1781) vorgeschlagen, alternativ k\u00f6nnen sie in der BAH-Version \u201eEnhanced<br>Power\u201c nur f\u00fcr den intermittierenden Betrieb geliefert werden (S3 60%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:14px\">Die Motoren der BAH-Serie behalten die gleichen Eigenschaften wie die Motoren der BA-BAX-Serie bei, der Unterschied besteht im Wesentlichen im Geh\u00e4use der Bremseinheit, das so konstruiert ist, dass es eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Festigkeit und einen besseren Schutz gegen das Eindringen von Staub und Fl\u00fcssigkeiten bietet (IP-<br>Grad). Die Motoren der BAH-Serie werden standardm\u00e4\u00dfig in Schutzart IP55 auf Anfrage in Schutzart IP56- 65-66 geliefert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:14px\">Ab Achsh\u00f6he 160 sind Geh\u00e4use, Schilde, Flansche, F\u00f6rderer und die Bremsschutzkappe aus Gusseisen, um eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere mechanische Festigkeit und eine bessere Eignung f\u00fcr den Einsatz in rauen Umgebungen (z. B. Marine-Anwendungen) zu erreichen. Auf Anfrage ist es ab Achsh\u00f6he 225 m\u00f6glich, den gesamten Motork\u00f6rper aus Sph\u00e4roguss zu fertigen. Die Welle ab Achsh\u00f6he 160 und standardm\u00e4\u00dfig aus 39NiCrMo3-Stahl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:14px\">Das manuelle Bremsl\u00f6sesystem ist standardm\u00e4\u00dfig \u201elocking\u201c und auf Anfrage \u201e non locking\u201c. Das manuelle Bremsl\u00f6sesystem erfolgt bei den Achsh\u00f6hen 80 \u00f7 112 mit einer zentralen Schraube, bei den Achsh\u00f6hen 132 \u00f7 315 mit zwei seitlichen Schrauben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p mm und Leistungen zwischen 0,08 kW und 132 kW. Die Motoren der BMBM-Serie sind f\u00fcr S3 25 % intermittierenden Betrieb ausgelegt (siehe technische Datentabellen unten). Motoren der BMBMX-Serie f\u00fcr 40 % S3-Betrieb sind ebenfalls erh\u00e4ltlich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:14px\">Ein hervorstechendes Merkmal der Motoren der BMBM-Serienmotoren ist die M\u00f6glichkeit, in Hebesystemen mit hohen Sicherheits- und Ger\u00e4uscheigenschaften eingesetzt zu werden. Aus diesen Gr\u00fcnden eignen sich die Motoren der BMBM-Serie besonders f\u00fcr den Einsatz in Fernsehstudios und f\u00fcr die Bewegung von B\u00fchnen in Theatern. Bei fehlender Bremsleistung wird der Motor gebremst. Das Bremsen erfolgt ohne axiales Gleiten der Welle und ist in beiden Drehrichtungen des Motors gleich stark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:14px\">Das manuelle L\u00f6sen der Bremse erfolgt mit einem Doppelhebel (einer f\u00fcr jede Bremsgruppe), um ungewollte Bet\u00e4tigungen zu vermeiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:14px\">Der Ausl\u00f6sevorgang kann weiterhin mit einer Hand erreicht werden.
