New handling system with automatic guided vehicles (AGV)

The new handling system based on the use of AGV (Automatic Guided Vehicle), already used in the company in other departments, has entered into operation in the Serravalle Pistoiese plant in the brake motors assembly department.
The AGV supply the various assembly stations with the necessary components, handle the movement of the motors to the subsequent testing and finishing stations up to the final packaging phase.
Through this new system, the production efficiency has increased with a general improvement of the working environment.
